Pharm-D at Sahara College

The Sahara College of Pharmacy & Allied Health Sciences offers Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D 5 years) course at its Narowal campus. Doctor of Pharmacy is a first degree in pharmacy and is extended over five professional years of education.
The Pharm-D program consists of five major disciplines: Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, Pharmacy Practice and Pharmacognosy. The basic aim of the Pharm-D course is to enable students acquire enough scientific knowledge and expertise so they can work with confidence in the design, manufacture, distribution, safe and effective use of Pharmaceuticals to both in patients and out patients. Our Pharm-D curriculum is approved by the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan (PCP) and also by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC). Our Pharm-D curriculum provides our student sufficient knowledge and professional skills, enabling them to work and prosper in the field of Biomedical, Pharmaceutical and Clinical science. We educate our students in well-equipped laboratories under the supervision of highly qualified, professionally competent, co-operative and dedicated teachers. Sahara College of Pharmacy & Allied Health Sciences have collaborations with different hospitals where student can polish the skills they attained during studies and can make use of the knowledge acquired during the Pharm-D course.
